The Deal is designed to be efficient and simple.

Once funds have been deposited and confirmed for the sale of Intellectual Property LOT 1, then digital transfer will commence with in hours. It can be reasonable to expect all transmission of all related registration title, digital keys and passcodes and related entities to be completed with in hours.

Once the full entitlement for LOT 1 has been received and confirmed by the new Owners technical representative, the transfer of the Goodwill Gift of LOT 2 will proceed.
