We can help you to let your dream become true! Situated in Pilar we are enjoying the international

polo atmosphere and the relaxed Argentine polo lifestye. Our house “Las Marias” is really well

situated. The Argentine Polo Association (AAP), Pilar is one of our neighbours and within no time

we are in the world famous “Paraje Ellerstina”, where many important polo clubs such as Ellerstina,

La Alegría, Enigma, Centauros, Polo One or Pilar chico are situated. Here you can find more than

120 polo pitches – this is only one reason why Pilar is also known as the mecca of polo! One other

reason is the density of high-goal polo players and quantity of high-goal tournaments; especially

during high season (“temporada grande” from September to December). The most important

tournament played is the Argentine Triple Crown, where the best polo teams fight in Hurlingham,

Tortugas and finally in Palermo to win the trophy. It is always nice to watch those tournaments

online but being there at the side of the cancha only a few meters from your favorite players being

able to hear and smell the horses you will get thrilled! Not only during high season you will be able to

watch and enjoy really good tournaments but also during low polo season (“temporada chica” from

February to May); here the Argentina Polo Tour takes place... just to name one example. Best of all is

that all these tournaments are accompanied by social events and polo parties where you can catch

up with other polo players from all over the world. For now we were having guests from Australia,

Austria, Colombia, England, France, Germany, Malaysia, the Netherlands, Pakistan, the States and

South Africa. We are really enjoying the international atmosphere and we also love to take you to

participate in polo events. You will no t only enjoy the game of polo but also polo lifestyle.

Yet, you will have plenty of time to practice your play! In the morning you will be stick and balling

and we will work on your polo-riding skills. Only if you are an excellent rider and you and your horse

are a good team you will be able to gain advantage on other players in the game! In the afternoons

you will then be able to practice and apply what you have learnt in the morning. We will organize the

chuckers according to your level – whether you just started to play or you are already a polo-pro

you will definitely be enjoying the game! Our horses are all well-ridden and experienced in polo. We

know that the horse and the quality of the cancha are really important for you to improve and enjoy!

What is better than sitting on a horse in a full gallop getting passed the ball, ticking it into the goal

and scoring the decisive goal?

On “Las Marias” you will be able to relax! We are close to everything but it seems like you are in the

middle of the countryside. You can enjoy the beautiful view over our park to our neighbors grass

lands…. there you can sometimes even find grazing horses or cattle. Really relaxing – even more if

you are in the pool enjoying a cocktail or a cool beer. Later, when it is getting dark we invite you to

enjoy a typical Argentine BBQ!  

You can stay with us for a day, a week, two weeks, a month…. as long as you want and enjoy what

you are experiencing. polo is fast, exciting, international, thrilling and very social!
